Stantec is a company which provides services under the provisions of the European Commission for the communication about the LIFE programme and other linked activities.
Stantec will process personal data to organise and manage the LIFE Citizens’ Prize 2024 voting campaign. It covers the collection of a valid email address to confirm the vote for the aforementioned award.
Personal data will be kept until the end of the public vote – 30 May 2024. Data will be deleted shortly after this date.
The data subjects may request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data as well as restriction of processing concerning their personal data. Further, the data subjects have the right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, data subjects may contact the data protection officer (DPO), privacy@stantec.com, by indicating “LIFE Citizens’ Prize data protection notice” in the subject.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge.
